В связи с появившейся в СМИ новостью о применении к ООО ПФК «Кубань» нового трансферного бана ФИФА, поясняем:

   Клубом погашена задолженность перед футболистом-профессионалом Неманья Анджелковичем в полном объеме, финансовых претензий к клубу нет, что подтверждается письмами ФИФА. Также погашены все штрафы перед ФИФА.

   Трансферный бан с нашего клуба будет снят в первый день текущего зимнего трансферного окна, что подтверждает официальное письмо ФИФА.

   Dear Sir, Madam,
Thank you for your query, which is duly noted.
The registration ban imposed on PFC Kuban per the decision in the proceedings FPSD- 10002 is not dependant on payment of any amounts due. It must be served entirely, without prejudice to any additional sanctions that might be incurred in case the club fails to comply with the financial and non-financial parts of the decision.
Said ban is to remain in place until the opening of the third registration window in Russia following the notification of the decision in order to guarantee that the club does not circumvent the restrictions imposed by the decision and particularly tries to make use of the exceptions under Art. 6 of the Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players, which is not entitled to use.
